Founder Legacy Protection Included
Every FIRST 15 Founder Edition includes added protection for production issues, verified shipping damage, and one verified accidental damage replacement.
Production Guarantee
Major print defects, missing parts, or production failures are corrected by Mimoji.
Shipping Protection
Verified carrier loss or visible shipping damage is covered with photos and tracking proof.
Accidental Damage Support
FIRST 15 owners receive one-time replacement support for verified accidental damage.
Same Serial Forever
Approved replacements keep the same Founder number and are recorded internally as replacements.
Clear photos, original serial number, and proof of damage may be required. Normal 3D print layer lines, minor surface variation, unverified claims, customer design changes after production begins, and misuse are not covered. Customer may be responsible for replacement shipping.
Founder Edition benefits are collectible, recognition, archive, and protection benefits only. They do not include exclusive gameplay power, exclusive orbs, exclusive combat advantages, or pay-to-win features.

Convention Experience
At events, visitors can preview real Mimoji figures, scan the QR code, download the app, create an original avatar, and request a custom 3D printed figure.
Original Creations Only
All Mimoji figures are original characters generated from user-created avatars. We do not sell copyrighted anime, movie, television, video game, or trademarked characters without authorization.
Ordering
Orders are currently handled by email after the customer creates their Mimoji avatar in the app. Website checkout is planned for August 20, 2026.
